Panama's geographic location

Panama is located southeast of Central America, bordered on the north by the Caribbean Sea, south by the Pacific Ocean, east by Colombia and west by Costa Rica. Its Capital is Panama city.

It is a place meeting of several cultures. In its territory is located the Panama Canal, an important work that facilitates shipping between the Atlantic coast and the Pacific Ocean and has a great influence on world trade. Beer fest Panhenellic 2016 inPanama:



Due to the great success and an attendance of more than 1,500 people in the first year, will be held the second edition of Fair Beer Panhellenic again, in order to publicize the extensive portfolio of beers that the company bearing the same name.

National Festival of the Mejorana

The Mejorana festival has been around since 1949 and promotes Panamanian folklore and tradition, is one of the most popular and marvelous folkloric events. There are parades, ox carts, bullfights and music, all topped off with fireworks. Is a good idea travel to the small town of Guararé for it.

Festival de Cristo Negro

An unusual festival: People make a pilgrimage to the Iglesia de San Felipe in Portobelo, wherein dwells the Black Christ, an effigy from 1658 and the bringer of plague which was stopped by prayer. Pilgrims carry out penitence and self-punishments to ensure the plague never arises again.

Independence Days
